MEMORANDUM OPINION

ERWIN I. KATZ, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Objection to Confirmation and the Motion to Modify the Automatic Stay filed by Independence One Mortgage Company. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and § 157(b)(2)(L). Briefs were filed by the parties and this matter was taken under advisement by the Court on December 10, 1991.
