This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiffs Roger and Phoebe Jackson originally filed their Complaint in the Iowa District Court for Polk County alleging insurance bad faith, loss of consortium, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and a claim for punitive damages against Defendants Travelers Insurance, et al.
