Defendant-Appellant Gregory Krug appeals his conviction for possession of an unregistered silencer in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d) (2001), shipping a firearm on a common carrier without notice in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(e) (2001) and 18 U.S.C. § 924(a)(1) (2001), and transporting a firearm in interstate commerce with the intent to commit murder in violation of 924(b) (2001).
