This is a review of an unpublished per curiam decision of the court of appeals dated August 15,1985, affirming a judgment and orders 1 of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, Patricia S. Curley, circuit judge. The issues before this court are whether the court of appeals was correct in affirming the circuit court's retroactive application of sec. 767.255(11), Stats., and in holding as a matter of law that a premarital agreement intended to apply at death was applicable at divorce as well.
