Plaintiff Daniel Quinn1 appeals from a Windsor Family Court decision denying his motion to enforce a contractual obligation against his former wife, defendant Suzanne Schipper, to pay certain taxes pursuant to the terms of an addendum to a separation agreement. The separation agreement was incorporated into the divorce judgment, which was issued in Maryland on July 27,1994, with no reference to the modification provision.
