OPINION

WOODARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of Appellees/Defen-dants in a legal malpractice suit. We affirm.

There is a Motion to Strike Supplemental Transcript which contains depositions taken in this case that were not authenticated and attached to the Motion for Summary Judgment, nor filed before the entry of judgment.
