This appeal arises from the convictions of Defendants-Appellants Cristobal Velasquez, also known as Little Chris (“Velasquez”), Raul Rodriguez, also known as Fat Boy (“Rodriguez”), George Sanchez, also known as Curious (“Sanchez”), and Mike Cassiano (“Cassiano”) (collectively, “Defendants”) because of their involvement in racketeering activities centrally involving violence, murder, and the distribution of drugs on behalf of the Texas Syndicate gang in Uvalde, Texas.
