SHIELDS, Judge.

Defendant-appellant Donald E. Weaver appeals his conviction of operating a motor vehicle when adjudged an habitual traffic offender, IC 1971, 9-4-13-13 (Burns Code Ed.), 1 raising the following issues for our review:(1) whether the trial court erred in ad- ' mitting State’s exhibit number one (1); and(2) whether the judgment is supported by sufficient evidence.

We affirm.
