This is a petition to review and set aside a decision of the Railroad Retirement Board, an independent agency of the United States charged with the administration of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937 (50 Stat. 307, as amended, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 228a-228z) and the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, 52 Stat. 1094, as amended, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 351-367.
