MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Plaintiffs brought this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., against defendant Illinois Bell Telephone (“Bell”), alleging that its maternity leave policies discriminate on the basis of sex. On February 29, 1980, this Court granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment with respect to the issues of reinstatement from maternity leave and accrual of seniority during maternity leave.
