President of the Ohio University v. Athens Livestock Sales, Inc.

This is an appeal on a question of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Athens County rendered on August 19, 1960, finding that the language of the instrument in question is clear and unambiguous and that the lease in question creates a perpetual lease.

On March 30, 1959, a petition was filed by the plaintiffs, appellants herein, praying for a declaratory judgment of the re spective rights of the plaintiffs and the defendant, appellee herein, in and to a certain lease.
