This is a motion to dismiss an appeal from an order denying a motion for leave to intervene in a condemnation action brought by the State Highway Commission against the Superbilt Manufacturing Company, Inc., and others. The condemnation action joined numerous parties having or claiming an interest in the property sought to be condemned. The appellants are M. W. Park and M. W. Park, Jr., partners operating as M. W.
