By this action the plaintiff questions the validity of the organization of rural highTschool district No. 17 in Kingman county. Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff, and. the defendants appeal.

1. It is argued that notice of the election for the organization of the district and the location of a schoolhouse was not published in a newspaper for the required length of time.
