The trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Senior Cottages of America, LLC, and Senior Cottages Management, LLC,1 appeals from the district court’s order denying him leave to amend his complaint. The amended complaint alleges that the lawyers for Senior Cottages, namely Richard Morris, Michael Cohen, and the firm of Morris, Carlson, Hoelscher, P.A., committed malpractice and aided and abetted the breach of fiduciary duty by Murray Klane, who was governor, manager, and majority interest owner of Senior Cottages.
