Haubry v. Snow

Connie Haubry appeals the summary judgment in favor of her former employer Dr. Lawrence W. Snow and his medical corporations on her claims of sexual harassment; disparate treatment discrimination; constructive discharge; negligent infliction of emotional distress; intentional infliction of emotional distress; and negligent hiring, supervision, and retention. We find that Haubry established sufficient material facts to support the elements of her sexual harassment and constructive discharge claims and therefore reverse the decision of the trial court as to those claims.
