OPINION

Defendant-appellant, Jamie Clay, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, finding him guilty of attempted murder and felonious assault.

Pursuant to a bind-over from the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch, defendant was indicted on one count each of attempted murder and felonious assault. According to the state's evidence, Charles Casto and his employer, George Dilworth, worked as home remodelers.
