The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted in the district court of Tulsa county of the crime of robbery with firearms, and their punishments fixed by the jury at life imprisonment In the state penitentiary for each of them.
A lengthy and able brief was filed in this case in behalf of the defendants.
