This matter is now before the court on the defendant’s motion to compel arbitra tion and motion to dismiss [Doc. No. 7]; on the defendant’s motion to stay discovery and pre-trial deadlines [Doc. No. 9]; and on the plaintiffs motion to strike affidavit [Doc. No. 15].
