MEMORANDUM — DECISION AND ORDER

MUNSON, Senior District J.

Plaintiff, Direetv, Inc. (“DIRECTV”), a satellite television provider, filed a complaint against defendants pursuant to the Federal Communication Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C. § 605, and the Federal Wiretap Laws, 18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq. DIRECTV generally alleges that defendants purchased pirate access devices (PADs) and used them to intercept DIRECTV satellite communication broadcasts without authorization or payment. See Dkt.
