The defendant prosecutes this appeal from a verdiet convicting him of the crime of murder, and a sentence to the extreme penalty of the law, relying upon a single bill of exceptions which presents the question of the admissibility of a proces verbal oj the coroner’s inquest for the purpose of establishing the fact of the death of the deceased.
