Appellant, Ellen Russo, appeals a non-final order granting Marilyn Fink’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.

By way of background, Russo, a Florida resident, filed a complaint against Leonard Fink and Marilyn Fink, residents of Nevada. The complaint set forth counts for conversion, civil theft pursuant to section 772.11, Florida Statutes, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil conspiracy against the Finks.
