Vinnie McCracken, a widow representing herself and her children, appeals from the judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county sustaining the demurrer to her evidence of Franco-Dominion Development Corporation, a corporation.

R. C. McCracken was killed while in the course of his employment by the company. A crew of which he was a member was engaged in pulling the rods from a well belonging to company.
