Be It Resolved By The House Of Representatives of Alabama that the Honorable Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court of Alabama, or a majority of them, are hereby respectfully requested to give this body their written *40opinions on the following important constitutional questions that have arisen concerning a pending bill, House Bill No. 821, a true and correct copy of this is attached hereto:
