OPINION
WILKINSON, Chief Judge:
Mark Ravenseroft was fired from his job at Westvaeo Corporation for sexually harassing a co-worker. He grieved his discharge and the matter was arbitrated pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between his union and the company.
