In this diversity breach of contract action, Plaintiff Scott’s Liquid Gold (Scott’s) seeks indemnification from Defendant Lexington Insurance Company (Lexington) for claims brought against Scott’s in previous litigation by the United States Army and the South Adams County Water and Sanitation District (SACWSD) concerning groundwater contamination at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
