MEMORANDUM **

Cornelius Ogunsalu appeals a district court order denying him leave to proceed *523in forma pauperis in his action for libel, medical malpractice, and alleged violations of the First Amendment and unspecified provisions of the United States Code. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
