Defendant appeals as of right from the trial court’s orders denying his motion to set aside a default judgment of divorce and compelling the transfer of property.

Defendant admitted all the material allegations in plaintiffs complaint for divorce except for a denial of joint ownership of bank accounts, stocks, or brokerage accounts. Defendant and his attorney were present at the pretrial conference in August, 1982. The parties agreed to a property settlement and plaintiffs attorney read it into the record.
