Lovins, Judge:
Mary Hacker complains of the judgment of the Criminal Court of Harrison County, entered upon the verdict of a jury, in her trial on an indictment charging her with operating a house of ill fame, at No. 308 North Sixth Street in the City of Clarksburg, sentencing her to a term of one year in jail, and imposing a fine of two hundred dollars, which judgment was afterwards affirmed by the circuit court of said county.
