Helen W. Tinker, the defendant in error, as plaintiff, brought this action in the district court of Tulsa county against Sylvester J. Tinker, plaintiff in error, as defendant, for divorce on the grounds of extreme cruelty and gross neglect of duty, and prayed for alimony, attorney’s fees, and the custody of the minor child of the parties and for the support and education of the child. A decree was entered awarding her a divorce, alimony, attorney’s fees, and custody of the child and money for the support and education of the child.
