In this diversity suit, Plaintiffs Donald and Bernice Becker (“the Beckers”) allege that Defendant HSA/Wexford Bancgroup (“Wexford”) defaulted on its $4,900,000 loan commitment to the Beckers. This matter is now before the court on Wex-ford’s motion for summary judgment,-Wexford’s motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of damages, and Wexford’s motion to strike the affidavit of Mr. Becker.
