Affirming.
In Ms petition seeking absolute divorce appellee made tbe statutory charge of cruel and inhuman treatment, without fault on Ms part, and alleged that he and defendant were owners of a house- and lot in Green-ville, each owning an undivided one-half interest; he asked that it be sold and the proceeds divided between them.
