In this government contract action, plaintiff, Janicki Logging Co., Inc., seeks to recover damages it incurred under a contract it entered into with the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service (the Forest Service) for the removal of timber within the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State.
