1. Basements : creation, existence, etc.: buildings: easements by implication : lateral support. It is conceded that the sole question in this ease is whether plaintiff had a cause of action against defendant. James Frisbee died seized of Lot 11 in Block .12 in the city of Sheldon. A brick building had been erected thereon, but its east wall, consisting of brick with a stone foundation, in some way not explained was placed on Lot 10, immediately east of Lot 11, and on a strip two feet wide along the west line of the latter lot.
