RUSSEDL, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment finding and declaring that the appellant had not timely exercised its right of renewal of a lease of commercial property in Dallas, Texas. . Appellant occupied the premises under a lease “for a term of ten years,, beginning March 1, 1942, and ending February 29, 1952.” During the term additional premises were occupied and increased rental provided amounting, during the last sixty months of the lease, to $425.00 per month. ’Both the original lease and the supplement provided a right of renewal as follows: “If the Tenant shall desire to 1…
