This is an appeal by George Clinton Koch, appellant, complainant and cross defendant in the court below, from a final decree of the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, dismissing with prejudice appellant’s bill of complaint, cancelling and setting aside all claims of appellant under a certain lease contract, directing and enjoining appellant to remove himself and his property from said leased premises, thus sustaining the cross bill of appellee and directing the appellant to pay the appellee, H & S Development Company, the sum of $800 for damages for the alleged…
