January 31, 2025 A Delaware County husband died on vacation following a midday heart attack in his room at an all-inclusive resort near Cancun. The resort did not have aspirin, did not have an ambulance on site, and directed the ambulance which arrived thirty minutes later to a private hospital an hour away rather than a neighboring public hospital under resort policy.
