*641This is an appeal from the order of a circuit judge of the first judicial circuit appointing Elizabeth P. Farrington, Paul L. Mcllree and Riley H. Allen as trustees of the estate of Wallace R. Farrington, deceased, in place of Joseph R. Farrington, deceased.

Wallace R. Farrington executed his will on September 12,1929, and died on October 6,1933. Joseph R.
