{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, William Sorrell Jr., appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruling his motion for intervention in lieu of conviction (“ILC”), finding him statutorily ineligible, on nine counts of felony nonsupport of dependents in violation of R.C. 2919.21(B). Thereafter, Sorrell pleaded no contest to all of the counts in the indictment. The trial court found Sorrell guilty and sentenced him to a period of community control not to exceed five years.
