This is an original jurisdiction proceeding in prohibition to prevent the prosecution of a chancery suit in the circuit court of Ohio County.

In said suit William P. Wilson and seven other individuals are plaintiffs, and the Natural Gas Company of West Virginia (petitioner herein), the City of Wheeling, the City of Ben-wood, and the Wheeling Chamber of Commerce are defendants.
