Ronald Peck (“plaintiff’ or “Peck”) has sued SELEX Systems Integration, Inc. (“Selex”) and SELEX Sistemi Integrati, Inc. Key Employee Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) for benefits and compensation that he alleges he accrued during his employment as an executive for Selex.
