Respondent Robert B. Wright has been charged by the Disciplinary Commission with violating Ind.Professional Conduct Rule 84(b). 1 Pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 11(g), the Respondent and the Commission have tendered for this Court's approval a statement of cireum-stances and conditional agreement for discipline, therein agreeing that the Respondent engaged in the charged misconduct, and further agreeing on a sanction to be imposed for that misconduct. The Respondent has tendered an affidavit with the agreement, pursuant to Admis.Dise.R. 28(17)(a).…
