In an amended bill of complaint to foreclose tax certificates it was alleged that the complainant was the owner and holder of such tax certificates, all of which had been acquired by him for valuable consideration. The amended bill of complaint contains the following allegations:
“8. Plaintiff further shows to the court that about the year 1927, Chicago Trust Company became vested with the legal title to the lands involved in this cause, and that so far as the public records of Baker County, Florida, show, said Chicago Trust Company is now the owner of the record title to all of said lands,…
