—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lerner, J.), dated July 7, 1992, as denied her motion to compel the depositions of the defendants Merco Properties, Inc., Beach View Hotel, and Merco Properties, d/b/a Beach View Hotel, and to impose a sanction upon those defendants.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which denied the branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was to compel the depositions of Merco Properties, Inc.,…
