ENOCH, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff, Jerome Goodboe, appeals from an adverse judgment entered on a jury verdict in his suit for damages allegedly resulting from his confinement to and treatment at a mental hospital. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
On February 24, 1975, plaintiff’s wife contacted defendant Davis, a psychologist who had previously treated plaintiff, and had counseled plaintiff and his wife regarding certain marital problems, concerning the possible hospitalization of plaintiff.
