WOLLMAN, Chief Judge.

After he pled guilty to one charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) & 846, Justin Webb was sentenced by the district court1 to 60 months’ *879imprisonment and five years of supervised release. Webb appeals, and we affirm.
