Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from the opinion and order of the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission (wcac) affirming the magistrate’s denial of disability benefits. We affirm.

I. FACTS AND PROCEEDINGS

Plaintiff sought worker’s compensation benefits from Five Star Carpet Installations, Inc. (hereafter defendant), after he sustained a disabling knee injury while laying carpet on an assignment from defendant.
