The Cooper patent was before this court in International Time Recorder Company v. Dey, 142 Fed. 736, 74 C. C. A. 68. For a detailed statement of the patented structure the voluminous excerpts from the specifications which are found in our former opinion and in the opinion now under review may be consulted.
