Plaintiff James P. Ostrowski appeals from so much of a final judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Thomas P. Griesa, Judge, as dismissed, following a jury verdict in favor of defendant Atlantic Mutual Insurance Companies (“Atlantic” or “Atlantic Mutual”), his claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
