Anchor, and C. McCall, while the defendants in error, who were the appellants in the Court of Civil Appeals and the plaintiffs in the district court, are Mrs. M. M. Jameson, the surviving widow of Sherwood Jameson, deceased, and their minor children, Hazel, Helen, and Dorothy Jameson.
