McFADDEN, Justice.
On April 14, 1961, appellant John E. Gortsema, as plaintiff, instituted an action for divorce against Myrtle E. Gortsema, respondent herein, seeking dissolution of the marriage and division of the parties’ community property. Mrs. Gortsema filed an answer, on August 1, 1961, by her guardian who was previously appointed by the probate court of the county. In the answer, the allegations of extreme cruelty alleged in the complaint were denied. She also prayed for a division of the community property.
